Francis Weyzig is leader of the tax programme at CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Analysis, an independent public research institute. Previously, he was senior policy advisor for Oxfam and one of the negotiators of the Dutch pension funds agreement on responsible investment. From 2012 to 2014, he organized meetings and wrote reports for the Sustainable Finance Lab. He also worked for the Dutch central bank as financial stability advisor and for the Centre for Research on Multinational Corporations (SOMO) as researcher. Weyzig obtained a PhD on the topic of international tax avoidance and was a member of the Dutch advisory committee on conduit companies.
